You must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into a binding agreement to use FundMeUp AI.

FundMeUp AI is a productivity, tracking and planning tool — a trading journal and assistant that helps you plan, log, analyse and stay disciplined. It does not execute trades and is not a broker, exchange or prop firm.

FundMeUp AI does NOT provide financial advice, investment advice, trading signals or investment recommendations of any kind. AI plans, signals and market data are for informational and educational purposes only. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, and FundMeUp Technologies Corp expressly disclaims any liability for trading losses.

You can sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorised use.

FundMeUp Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered on a weekly, monthly or annual basis, sold through the Apple App Store and managed via RevenueCat. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel in your App Store settings or in the app's Profile section. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Apple's terms also apply to purchases.

FundMeUp AI uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate plans and analysis; relevant data is transmitted to Anthropic and processed under its terms. The app may also connect to or display data from third parties (brokers, prop firms, market-data and prediction providers). We are not responsible for those services or their accuracy, and their own terms apply.

Use the app lawfully. Do not misuse it, reverse-engineer it, disrupt it, or attempt unauthorised access.

The app, the FundMeUp brand and all related content are owned by FundMeUp Technologies Corp or its licensors. Your trading and journal data remain yours.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy of data or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FundMeUp Technologies Corp shall not be liable for any trading losses or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FundMeUp Technologies Corp from claims or damages arising out of your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware.
