FundMeUp AI is a trading journal and assistant app published by FundMeUp Technologies Corp (Delaware, USA). For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@fundmeupai.com.

Personal data: the name, email address and optional profile photo you choose to provide.

Trading & journal data: your trading account details (prop-firm or broker name, account size, current balance), the trades, journal entries, daily notes, goals and performance data you add or import. This is yours and is used to power your journal, AI plans and analytics.

Onboarding data: your trading experience, the markets you trade, your goals and risk tolerance, shared during setup to personalize the app.

Authentication data: if you use Sign in with Apple, we receive an Apple identifier and, optionally, the name and email you choose to share.

Device & usage data: device type, operating system, app version and usage analytics/diagnostics used to keep the app reliable and improve it.

We use your information to provide and operate the app (journaling, AI plans, the market terminal, analytics), to personalize your onboarding and roadmap, to manage your account and subscription, to send relevant notifications, to keep the service secure and to comply with the law. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing.

To generate your daily plans and analysis, the relevant trading and account context is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, through the Claude API, and processed under Anthropic's terms. It is used only to produce your plan and insights — never to advertise to you.

We share data only with trusted providers that help us run FundMeUp AI: Supabase (encrypted database and storage, with AES-256 encryption at rest), RevenueCat (subscription management), Anthropic (AI plan generation) and Apple (App Store billing, Sign in with Apple and push notifications). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

Where the GDPR applies, we process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the app), on the basis of your consent (e.g. notifications), and for our legitimate interest in securing and improving the service.

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries, with appropriate safeguards where required.

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is deleted within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it to comply with the law.

Depending on your location, you may access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email info@fundmeupai.com. You can also delete your account directly from within the app.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest through our database provider, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

FundMeUp AI is intended for adults and is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
